Lagos Vulcanizer to die by hanging over ₦57,000 robbery proceeds.

A Vulcanizer, identified as Chidozie Onyinchiz has been sentenced to death by hanging for robbing a Nurse ₦57,000 in Lagos.

The 32-year-old was convicted and sentenced to death by an Ikeja Special offences Court presided over by Justice Mojisola Dada.

Justice Dada opined that the prosecution had proved the three-count charge of conspiracy, armed robbery and membership of an unlawful society against Onyinchiz.

Dada said the convict's attempt excape of the charges was futile.
